By accessing or using the services of Mayyiz Apparel, owned by Mayyiz Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all interactions, inquiries, quotations, sample requests, and bulk production orders made through our website or direct communication.
1. Sample Orders
We require full payment for all sample orders, including the cost of materials, labor, and shipping. Sample fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Good news: If you proceed with a bulk order, the full cost of your approved samples (excluding shipping) will be deducted from your final invoice.
2. Production Orders & Payment Terms
To begin bulk production, we require a minimum of 50% deposit upfront based on the final approved quotation. The remaining 50% is due before shipment or upon completion of goods, whichever comes first.
- ✔️ Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
- ✔️ No production will begin without the deposit payment.
- ✔️ Final payment must clear before goods are released for shipping.
3. Quotation Validity
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. After that, pricing may be subject to change based on fabric availability, production load, or raw material costs.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Any modifications after the sample approval must be submitted in writing and may incur additional fees or delay delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and branding submitted to us remain your property. We will never share, replicate, or reuse any of your brand assets without written permission. Likewise, any templates, patterns, or processes developed by Mayyiz Apparel remain our property unless transferred in writing.
6. Quality & Tolerances
We maintain strict quality control standards. However, as with all garment production, a tolerance of ±5% in measurements and final quantities is considered acceptable within industry standards.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are borne by the client and calculated based on size, weight, and destination. We work with global logistics partners and will provide tracking details and estimated delivery times upon dispatch.
Mayyiz Apparel is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or external shipping factors.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver excellence in every order, Mayyiz Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from delays, errors, or misuse of our products after delivery.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the buyer operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
