Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms carefully before placing an order or using any Mayyiz Apparel services.
1. Services
Mayyiz Apparel provides garment development, sampling, manufacturing, fabric sourcing, branding, packaging and related services subject to availability and production capacity.
2. Quotations
Quotations remain valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Payment Terms
- 60% deposit before production begins.
- 20% payable before shipment.
- 20% payable within seven days of delivery and inspection.
4. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Once production materials, fabrics or trims have been ordered, projects cannot be cancelled without written agreement.
5. Production & Lead Times
Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, shipping schedules and events beyond our control.
6. Quality Control
Internal quality checks are performed throughout production. Minor variations may occur and do not automatically constitute defects.
7. Third-Party Inspections
Clients may arrange independent inspections at their own expense. Any inspection costs are the responsibility of the client.
8. Storage
Orders may be stored free of charge for up to fourteen (14) days after completion. Additional storage fees may apply thereafter.
