What is your minimum order quantity?
Established brands typically start from 100 units per colour. Startup brands may qualify for reduced MOQ opportunities starting from 50 units depending on the project.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples are available before production begins. Sample costs vary depending on the design and may be deducted from a future bulk order.
How long does production take?
Production lead times vary depending on product complexity, order quantity, material availability and current production schedules.
Do you source fabrics?
Yes. We assist brands in sourcing fabrics and materials suitable for their product requirements.
Can you add my branding?
Yes. We offer embroidery, labels, packaging and other branding solutions depending on the project requirements.
Do you provide shipping?
Shipping can be arranged where required. Shipping costs, customs duties and destination taxes are generally charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Can I arrange third-party quality control?
Yes. Clients may appoint independent inspection companies at their own expense prior to shipment.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard structure is 60% before production, 20% before shipment and the remaining 20% within seven days of receiving and inspecting the goods.
